Welcome to Namiblancer. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. We are platform that connecting Customers and Service Providers for local services in Namibia. We do not provide the services ourselves; we facilitate the connection between parties.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to register as a Customer or Service Provider.
• By using our platform, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

3. Account Registration

• Customers and Service Providers must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Booking and Services

• Service Providers offer their services independently. We does not guarantee the quality, safety, or reliability of any service.
• Customers are responsible for selecting Service Providers that meet their requirements.

5. Payment and Commission

• We charges a 20% commission from Service Providers for each successful order.
• We charges a 10% commission from Customers for each successful order.
• Payments are processed securely through our platform.
• Namiblancer only facilitates transactions; disputes over service delivery should primarily be resolved between the Customer and Service Provider, though our support team can assist.

6. User Conduct

• Customers and Service Providers must act professionally and respectfully.
• Abuse, harassment, or fraudulent activity will result in account suspension or termination.
• Service Providers must provide accurate descriptions of their skills and services.

7. Dispute Resolution

• We provides a dispute reporting mechanism, but we are not responsible for the resolution outcome.
• Both parties are encouraged to communicate and resolve disputes amicably.

8. Content and Intellectual Property

• All content like (logos, text, images, platform features) is the property of platfrom or its users.
• Users may not copy, reproduce, or use platform content for commercial purposes without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or claims arising from services booked through the platform.
• We are only a facilitator connecting Customers and Service Providers.

10. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms.
• Users may close their accounts at any time by contacting support.

11. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Updated terms will be posted on the website with the new effective date.
